Find below for your reference a list of NPCs by region. An asterisk indicates that the NPC was created by players rather than having in-game objects. I'll keep this as updated as I can. There are hyperlinks to each region/major location, or you can look up the position you are thinking of (eg, guard) with cntrl+f. Looking at a whole region list is more thorough, in case you look up a synonym to a word we've used.

Anvard

Anvard
    Adrian -- The head physician.
    Amon* -- The stablemaster in the Anvard stables. He is, as expected, excellent at his job, and competent at instruction.
    Brosie -- Reference only (try not to spoof). One of the main cooks in the kitchen. Large, kindly, and loud.
    Sir Chal* -- A commoner knight with field medicine training. Leads weapons-free self-defense training with Megren for civilian noncombatants.
    Danall* -- Runs the kennels, with Kirby and Lanisen under him.
    Sir Gavin* -- a genial, good-humored, common born knight who seems to find himself on the wrong side of both prank and circumstance as often as not.
    Gearn* -- Friendly guardsman, owns a cubes set, may poke fun at others. Has a tendency to misplace his belongings. Kind of a dudebro, for those familiar with the term.
    Kilian* -- A blond gardener, not particularly strong. Kind. Kairyn's brother.
    Kirby -- Assists Danall and Lanisen in the kennels. Not super responsible.
    Unnamed Female Librarian* -- Much friendlier than Nathen, more interested in the sharing of information.
    Mel* -- A young servant in the castle.
    Sir Oweyn* -- A common-born knight.
    Owin* -- Tall, skinny guardsman with blond hair. Awkward and a little nervous, unlikely to stand up for himself if pranked. Not terribly clever.
    Perth* -- Kind, quiet, sweet, large guardsman. Discreet when asked. He is a good excuse for knowing where Megren is.
    Sir Quent* -- A commoner knight: quiet, dutiful, intelligent. Close to Tyren and can often be found sparring with him.
    Ren* -- A young, slightly inexperienced but inventive baker, specializing in desserts.
    Reuel* -- A guard.
    Roker -- Smokehouse attendant.
    Sef* -- A gardener in the castle, especially the parts used for growing things for use in the infirmary. Has been referenced as someone who knows agriculture well, and/or who has good connections with agricultural experts.
    Tern* -- Sir Chal's squire.
    Wil* -- A flighty stablehand, easily scared and not good for keeping secrets.
Pets
Generally, refrain from spoofing other people's pets, in the same way you would refrain from spoofing their families. If people are travelling, make sure you know whether they have their pet with them or left it behind before referencing the animal. That said, here they are for reference should you find yourself in need.
Anvard Stables
    Celeres* -- Dar's mount. Male.
    Coalblack* -- Colin's battle stallion, formerly Astor's.
    Copper* -- Cassandra's mount, given her by Colin.
    Cyrian* -- Avery's mount, a little spirited, likes apples. Male.
    [Dragon]Dawn* -- Darrin's sweet palamino riding mare.
    Gambol* -- Darrin's courser (back-up warhorse), a former castle horse, very feisty. Stallion.
    Kaspar* -- Colin's light grey riding gelding. Surefooted and hard to spook.
    Maestro* -- Lanisen's mount. Male.
    Medon* -- Tyren's mount. Male.
    Onyx* -- Darrin's destrier (expensive warhorse).
    Phantom* -- One of the stable horses meant for general use. A sweet, calm, learning rouncey, skilled enough for squires to start on and gentle enough for other kinds of riders. He's a blue roan, almost workhorse-sized.
    Swiftly* -- Megren's extremely friendly, slightly distractable rouncey (inexpensive all-purpose mount, common for squires).
Anvard Kennels
    Elek* -- Tyren's wolfhound, described as serious and loyal. Male.
    Durant* -- Dar's greyhound, that hangs out with Elek. Male.
    Licorice* -- Megren's father's dog (no longer in the kennels).
    Nia* -- An old female dog fond of Lanisen.
    Maisie* -- a female hound.
    Meggie* -- a female hound.
    Puck* -- Colin's hound, a mostly reformed shoe-chewer. Male.
    Pyre -- Corin's hound. Male.
    Reginald* -- Darrin's mutt. Male.
    Sorrel* -- Cor's hound, a particularly peaceable female.
    Tohol* -- a male hound, was injured in August 1015 but fully recovered.
    Titan* -- A large-pawed ferocious young dog, fond of Reina.
    Vira* -- a female hound.
Other Pets
    BartholoMEW* -- Darrin's cat, has an incredibly loud purr.
    Tiny* -- Megren's sleepy, affectionate calico cat.
    Toby* -- Cassandra's ferocious, playful black cat.

    Apahesh* -- a former slave to Sehsis, he now works in the stables. Late forties, nervous, capable.
    Cathis -- Blond, sharp-tongued inn-keeper's daughter.
    Clift -- Dark, bushy browed, gruff tavernkeeper's assistant.
    Forst -- Blond General Goods shop owner in Coghill. In addition to listed wares, has been RPed to sell wooden boxes, unremarkable daggers.
    Forster -- Forst's brother, the pawn shop owner, or "exchange merchant". Large, middle-aged, blond.
    Hermit of the Southern March -- As described in canon.
    Herne -- Stablemaster.
    Nona -- Blond seamstress with a lot of young children.
    Noyes -- Inn ostler, haughty, bearded, brown-haired.

    Aquamar* -- Eager, uncertain, shy Colt in the Un'Airekan Cail.
    Beo -- The grizzled silver Wolf who guards Ulfden.
    Bulgabar -- The Bear who maintains the lists.
    Chinafar -- Dwarf who sells targets in the practice list. Very large.
    Dantus -- Middle-aged bird-loving Faun who sells eggs.
    Dochus -- Faun innkeeper of the Twin Oaks.
    Easanyn -- Caldron Pool waterfall naiad.
    Marmor* -- Skilled, if somewhat headstrong, youngish Unicorn. Patrols with Rubin and sometimes aids the Northern Guard.
    Mendor -- Traveling red Dwarf bladesmith.
    Monger Moles -- Moles who sell small-sized armor.
    Panacea -- A Faun potion-maker who is particularly good at poltices and similar methods of healing. Her grandfather is Farmakus and her sister is Penelope (a PC in Bergdale). Both are healers.
    Pesca -- A bear who buys fish. She lost her claws in the days of the witch.
    Pobbledrum -- A traveling hedgehog pack vendor.
    Rubin* -- Stoic, skilled Unicorn colt trainer, reliable in battle.
    Snitch -- General goods shopkeeper, a red-brown squirrel.
    Torgin -- The squat red dwarf who guards the Northern Watchtower.
    Zaffir* -- Marmor's father. Doesn't like Wolves, or Petraverd.

Town
    Bron* -- Narrow Gate tavern patron, his brother died in the battle at Anvard. Large, and has a strong distrust for Calormenes. May pick a fight, but is really just vulnerable and sad.
    Dranken -- Barman/Innkeeper. Tall, darkhaired, neat beard. Knows most of the townspeople and is good for breaking up a fight.
    Handel -- Balding mustachioed town grocer.
    Muriel -- A kind old widow who lives in town.
    Pijlan -- Keeper of the archery range.
    Robert -- Lists Marshall.
    Verloren -- Cheerful pawn shop owner.
    Ziel -- Lazy target maker in the public practice field.
Outer Ward & Castle Grounds
    Aisen -- very large, green eyed, blond Outer Ward blacksmith.
    Amon* -- The stablemaster in the Anvard stables. He is, as expected, excellent at his job, and competent at instruction.
    Braeden* -- Kairyn's father, a shepherd.
    Corvin -- Bald, elderly Outer Ward carpenter.
    Curar -- Outer Ward boyer. Old and spry.
    Danall -- Runs the kennels, with Kirby and Lanisen under him.
    Eren* -- A keen apprentice to Aisen, the blacksmith. Worked in the ward since ~1012, when he was about 20.
    Felwel -- Outer Ward fletcher.
    Fen* -- A textile seller in the outer ward with a large nose.
    Gearn* -- Friendly young guardsman, owns a cubes set, may poke fun at others. Has a tendency to misplace his belongings. Kind of a dudebro, for those familiar with the term.

    Locria -- Outer Ward gossip. Blond, blue-eyed, giggly.

    Cheepiteek -- Mouse secretary at The Lion's Inn.
    Cheery* -- A pleasant Bear fruit-seller who sometimes has quince at a high price when it is in season (early October).
    Clemency -- Elderly Hedgehog almskeeper.
    Datillo -- Satyr owner of the Satyr's Hoof Tavern. He is tall and good-humored, and liable to give a job to those in need.
    Grumich -- Grouchy Dwarf pawnbroker.
    Mantlestitch -- Elderly Beaver Tailor.
    Fairbanks -- Elderly Faun fruit merchant.
    Speedwell -- Elderly Hare apothecary.
    Thistlenip -- Grey and black Goat guard to entrance of Cair Paravel.
    Vixina -- Fox 'explorer's shop' keeper.

    Prindella -- Sister to Prinn (Sun & Moon tavernkeep) and Prindle (Carmichael Innkeeper's assistant), the Sun & Moon front desk.
    Prinn -- Gangly freckled tavernkeep of Sun & Moon.
    Seph -- Broad, tall, gentle brunette carpenter.
    Vesta* -- Reference only (try not to spoof). Laundress with moderate first aid skills.
    Weyl -- Large black-haired blacksmith.

    Caprus -- Somber, large-eyed, youthful Faun goatherd in a big hat.
    Copa -- a middle-aged pince-nezed Faun who owns the local hostel. She is fond of music but not of mischief.
    Cretarius -- Faun Fish-seller fond of Marshwiggle pipes.
    Fama -- Lazy flirty gossip.
    Hortus -- Heavyset middle-aged Faun with curly hair and strange horns who buys vegetables to stock the herd troughs.
    Soporus -- a wizened elderly Faun who owns a potion shop.
    Triticus -- Sad-faced dreamy Faun shopkeeper, not too good at mindfulness.

Great Woods

    Ba'Leer -- Traveling spice vendor.
    Hannum -- Red Dwarf Innkeeper of the Splintered Axe. Sister to Niffum.
    Hergel -- Red-bearded Dwarf tavernkeep, very friendly.
    Honeydrowse* -- A Badger who lives in the western part of the wood but frequents the inn to bring back scones from it to his family. He also frequents Bergdale for cream and cheese (to put on the scones). Has a lot of relatives scattered across Narnia, so you might find him anywhere.
